      Try biking. My brother rarely runs but pulled off a 20:40 5k in the MEC race. Only 5 seconds behind Martin. He doesn't run much but is used to 3 hour bike rides. He often rides To the Lions Bay and back from Van or to Buntzen lake.

      All that and you still managed a sub 10 over a marathon, totally impressed Shana ... nonetheless I wish for you a more cooperative fuel response next time you line up to crush a marathon! I hope you slept well and are already smiling and thinking about the next race.

      Nice pace on that 7.2 miler there Shana, wtg. I'm having that same problem with the early darkness, i don't get to rest for a bit now after work, it's just get home, and head over to the trails!
