    Awesome weather today. My workout today was 2 mile warm up with 2 x 2 miles at 8 minute mile with 3 minutes RI followed up with 2 mile cool down. Would have struggled to do this is a Chennai.

    Lovely weather for a change. Did 15 minutes easy run, 15 minutes at 8:35 minute mile and 15 minutes at 7:42 minute mile.

    Ran in Marina. Lighthouse to RBI and back twice and some more. The second half loop was really nice with the drizzle bringing the temperature drastically down.
