    Went on my first outride since my fall. Kept it nice and slow which really helped me relax. I think my confidence has been given a nice boost :D

    Rode Twilight for the first time. He does not like being the lead horse, at all. Also started most of our canters with a small buck but it wasn't a problem :D

    Wow. I rode in a more advanced class today on Wimpie. Once again lots and lots of leg needed and that was before medium trot.

    1 min walk, 3 min run, rinse and repeat. Trying to keep it fairly easy coz I don't want to injure myself again.

    My legs are dead now. Rode Wimpie today with side reins which meant I had to use a lot of leg. Best thing tho - my standing trot has improved so much. I can now make it 60m before I lose my balance.

    I like to do a short workout in the morning on a Monday. It helps me feel more relaxed when I ride in the afternoon.
