Felt pretty good. Core of the work out was 15x100 with 20 seconds rest and an additional 100 kick after every 5. During this set, I held a steady pace of 1:30 per 100 so the interval wound up being 1:50.
The sad thing was that I used to do 100's on the 1:30 when I was in 6th grade!
