Leisurely workout bouncing between weights and cardio machines. Even took in a sauna but got bored really quickly.

100, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. Felt OK. Average stroke count was 11. On the 500, efficiency rating was 38. According to the Pool-Mate manual, that is on the low side of the very good range (30-40).

Nice easy ride up through Whately into Deerfield on the cross bike. It was nice to be back on the bike even though the weather was cold and overcast. Started to rain as I was getting home.

Did an inverse pyramid 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. Felt really good like I could have kept on swimming indefinitely.

Felt pretty good. Core of the work out was 15x100 with 20 seconds rest and an additional 100 kick after every 5. During this set, I held a steady pace of 1:30 per 100 so the interval wound up being 1:50.
