      Geez, I blazed thru that run (at least for me). LOL Gotta slow it down and burn more calories next time!

      Speed it up and go further to burn more calories! 1 mile is roughly 100 calories (disappointing huh?)

      It's crazy how the Wii works. In order to burn more calories while using it, I have to go slooooower and run farther. LOL!

    Ran 40 minutes of this 4 miles and walked 13. Did maybe 15 or so in barefeet. I feel pretty good!

    Sooo hot! Ugh. Ran 3 miles in 39 minutes - 34 running, 5 walking. Used shoes for first 13 minutes, barefoot the rest. Sore feet!
