    Day 277. The 30 Day Shred - Level 2. I had a hard time motivating to do this - but finally pushed though. My hip flexors are super tight today. Gonna try to do some more stretching...

      I have to stretch all the time. The trainers at my gym told me I have really tight calve muscles and hip flexors. I have felt so much better since adding more stretching in :)
