    15 min. warm up. 23 minutes at 7 min. pace, 10 min. warm down. Had stomach issues at end of tempo effort.

    eh, not so good. lots of chop. had poor sighting skills, but still had a good time.

    solid effort at Run for the Arts. Was after a 2000 meter AM swim at Saguaro Lake.

    did a 15 min. warm up. 30 mins at 7 min/mile pace, 10 minute cool down.

    followed up today's ride with a run. did 10K sub 48 minutes, then the last mile or so at easier pace. was charred at the end of it!

    whew! that's what a 10K in the heat feels like. First 3.5 miles were awesome.. . . .low heart rate, great pace. Next 1.5 miles were solid; last mile was like I was running in molasses AND quicksand.
