      The Kansas City Marathon and Half Marathon is tomorrow morning. Are you planning to run? You could still register at the Expo until 9 PM tonight.

    legs felt creaky for the first 1/2 mile, but after that I felt pretty good.

    the thunderstorms finally stopped so I could go run :)
    Decided to go without looking at my watch/pace at all. Just ran slightly faster than comfortable.
