      Great job Ashleigh! Personally I prefer the run/walk. I also do the 4:1 ratio. I haven't been able to do a continuous run. Maybe one day.

      No.. Honestly I need to find a goal race. I'd like to able to do a 5k in under 30 min. So... I guess I need to get to work finding one to run in! Other than that my longer-ish term goal is 10k (The Wicked) in under 1:05...and even longer term goal is 1/2 Marathon in under 2:30 for the Shamrock next year. Wow. I gave you a novel. :-D

    Felt much better today. First time I wore my CEP sleeves while running. Why am I just now beginning to run with these sleeves on? My legs felt GREAT! I'm getting quicker... :-)
