    Forgot what adding an extra 30 seconds to the run interval felt like. Rough. 5 min warmup and cool down. 1.5:2 run/walk intervals. Happy to see my pace slowly creeping down.

    Had an unscheduled stop due to one of my passengers getting hungry. The show must go on! Felt stronger during my run intervals. I'm seeing progress, slight but it's there.

      Sometimes fitness ebbs and flows. Don't be so hard on yourself! Just get back out there and focus on being healthy. It will all fall into place, girly :)
