w12d85: did the first 7.5 with sean on the mountain bike trail then ran 11 on my own taking all the paths. i am super ass tired. another 90+ mile week. TAPER WEEK NEXT WEEK. weighed in at 148.8 lbs after this run. 10 more lbs to go.
