And the summer of injuries continues. August edition: sprained ankle. Grrrrrr. This is why runners (OK, just THIS runner) shouldn't play basketball. I am much better at running in one direction.

I hear you, the reason I coach soccer but I don't play the game anymore. Although I dearly miss playing, I don't want to take a chance of injury.
