  2. Looks like I can't run until sometime in October. Boo-urns.

  3. And the summer of injuries continues. August edition: sprained ankle. Grrrrrr. This is why runners (OK, just THIS runner) shouldn't play basketball. I am much better at running in one direction.

      Higher speeds can be tricky with VFF's.. not much room for form/mechanics error. That's a great pace!
