Still feeling a few aches from Sunday. Pace was under 10 for most of the run, but started to fade around 5.

Thanks for the invite. The Mojo group is heading to downtown Cincy on Saturday to run a portion of the Pig course. I am going to give that whirl! The pipes are staying at home!

Great thx...only need 9 this week after 12 last week but maybe I'll get motivated. Now on to fixing my flat so I can bike tonight!
