    Arrived early so did a slow 2.25 mile warm-up. Then worked hard for the 16.2 group ride loop. Back in plenty of time for group run.

    Nice to get out and ride on a business trip!!! Rode with the HollyLoft Bike Group. From Lakewood to the Chautauqua Institute. Slow tour through the Instistitue. WOW what a place.
