    I recently did and found that it only works if you have a running partner to whom you are a accountable. Not exactly going to tell someone I am going to meet them at 6 and not show :)

    I have a Spotify playlist that I listen to in the mornings when I don't want to run. I just sit and listen for a few minutes at 5:15am with my tea & eventually my blood starts flowing and I feel the need to GO! Don't know if this would work for you, but it totally works for me. Dance music is magical! Especially the embarrassing stuff like LMFAO, Lady Gaga, & Pitbull *blush...
