Today's run brought to you by the 'Ann B. Trail Run' challenge! It was cold, wet, windy, rainy, and kind of scary out there. But I went anyway!

The first bit of the run was down hillish so I took it easy. I didn't feel like falling face first in the mud. Toward the end going back up the hill I felt strong. Lots of feelings came out on this run regarding life and the meaning of. You know - 42 and all that.
PS: Garmin updated their connect Dashboard? I like it!
