      I always thought that letting the mind wander WAS a part of running. I let my mind drift in the hope that amongst all the vacuous garbage that dominates in my head there would be an occasional epiphany that would be worth its while! (...and the hope lingers....)

    Instructor led YMCA spin session...Cycling is so differant...esp indoor stationary..You get to see big numbers 18miles in 45 mins...Couldnt compare it with running..running would have taken 3 hours... read more
