    We started at the Y and did weights and I ran/walked home. I did intervals trying to mix it up. I was getting a headache so I walked a lot of the way but picked it back up. Slowly Ill get better!

    Noah had class so I took the kiddos to play while I ran. It was hard! I was struggling with just a single mile! I finished and got the rest of my workout in. I added some new crunches into the mix.

    The less I pay attention to time and distance the easier it feels! My workout afterwards almost felt to easy. I'm going to have to bump it up a little.

    I finally got to my mile!! The treadmill is going to be my best friend! It forces me to pick up the pace and not think about it. I got done and it felt great. Afterwards I got my strength workout in.
