Intervals that nearly killed me! Only 77 degrees out and I was sweating buckets. 2 min light jog and 30 seconds sprinting for two miles (time includes walking warm-up). The goal was to go 4 miles but I didn't realize how worn out I would be! Took it inside to the treadclimber in the a/c.
