Sweaty sweaty treadmill session. Had to keep stopping to wipe the drips out of my eyes!! I know I wasn't even working that hard...the dang gym is just so humid and bleck. BUT it was better than running in 93 degree weather which is how hot it was when I got off of work at 11am!
