Outdoors, visited mum at school! It was a great run, knee didn't really bother me, only when I came home and did some stretches where I had to deeply bend my knee. The shoes are definitely helping. I might have to put in the scholls inserts again though because my left foot felt hot when I took off my shoes, possible blister formation, but at least now the blisters are forming much later in the run. I stretched, showered and ate afterwards - ate 2 eggs with 2 whole wheat toasts, a sliced orange and 2 cookies.
