      I hear you on the breathing/cold air/asthma issue. I keep debating going back to the doc to get an inhaler at least for cold days. Sounds like you (all) had a great run regardless though! Enjoy the rest of your day :)

      It really was a beautiful day! That's all I kept saying all morning, that I'm so happy you guys had perfect weather, awesome route/trail from what I hear and of course the most awesome-est instructor eveeerrr!!!

      @Mel: It was so sunny my face even got tanned!! Which made me realize I forgot sunscreen :( oops. I thought I had put on the SPF moisturizer.
      looking forward to the runs this week! And then starting up my own training season again! I even started the search for a coach.... we'll see how that pans out!

      I completely understand how you feel!! You need to make sure you are taking care of yourself and your needs; if you aren't happy or healthy, then you can't succeed in your own mind no matter how hard you try. Importantly, know that you have a circle of friends/family who love you and will help anyway we can!! I have made a decision this week about my running as well, as much as I love it, I need to alter my 'big dreams' to make sure I keep loving it.

      Sounds like you're really figuring some things out. I hope you can find a routine that works. It sounds like you may have to get over that fear of disappointing people and learn to say no.

      You need to make sure you do what's right for YOU and only you. As much as I love having you as a running leader, I, and I'm sure the others will understand that you need to do what's right for you. For the longest time I too always did things to make other people happy over what I wanted to do. I've finally started to do the things I want to do and I feel much better about it!!
