    Good class. Not as hot as Saturday but the heat was draining. Worked on technique most of the second class.

    About 90 degrees and 90% humidity in the dojo, but it was a good set of classes.

    Decent night at aikido. First class was pretty intense. Second class was more technique.

    Had zero concentration today. Hip was also stiff (maybe from yesterday's run) which made ukemi difficulty.

    Twice around the block with 1/4 walk in the beginning for warm-up and 1/4 walk in the end for cool down. Felt OK, but my hip (aikido injury from a few weeks ago) might be a problem for longer runs.

    Not a bad set of classes, but pretty low key compared to Monday. Hopefully I will get a short run (1.5-2mi) in Thursday. Hip is a little stiff so we'll see how long I last.
