    Gym is closed for maintenance = no showers. Missing the gym. LOVE going outside but immensely like cleaning up afterwards. No running = no sweat = still not enough energy burned off.

    2.5 on treadmill - easy pace, working on minutes not miles. Then went COMPLETELY barefoot run for a lap at the track. LOVED it!! Really should've started completely barefoot - even better than VFF!!!

    Entire way in VFF. OVERLY conscious of clothes, water bottle, feet (for pain), movement, etc. Not a relaxing run/walk.
