Hit my bi's & tri's hard. Gym was empty so I was able to take short rest periods between each set which kept my HR up!

RUN
alright 3.1 mi 00:30 09:34 pace
Felt so-so during the run today. Got overheated during the first mile and never seemed to cool off. Was hoping to go for longer but pulled the plug at 5K.

Even though it was warmer, you still got out there and got after it! It's supposed to be a lot cooler tomorrow.

I saw a show on TV once that tested tomatoes on dancers. Dancers that ate alot of tomatoes had a cooler core body temp. than those without tomatoes. I eat tomatoes every day and think it helps. Do you like tomatoes? Your running time is still better than mine by the way. :)

I love tomatoes Julia! I'll have to try that out since it gives me an excuse to eat more pasta and red sauce :D

Ooh, they look comfy! I love running in Saucony's shoes. Unfortunately, they don't love me back. For the pas 4 years I seem to always wear through the back of the heels. Used to not be like that :/

Pushing through 'the tired' is sometimes more work than the workout itself. But you'll be glad later on if ya do it.
