    Nice little run with two pickups. I didn't really know where the second one was so I just ran the last like 1.5 miles faster. Maybe I'll start singing Happy Birthday when I run haha

    great Quarters on Lake Erie 5.8 mi

    Sped up on that last one pretty well, I think. It was at around a 4:30 pace but I can't complain after my first real week of training in a long time

    The humidity made this a lot harder. Ran 2.26 over to varsity from my apartment and then did the 5 there... That 30 min break just killed me
