      Thanks Henri. Running at 8,000-11,000' elevation around Mammoth has improved my breathing. I ran with tri-county cross country... mostly high school and a few college runners. I'll post our runs as soon as I get a chance. XC races are usually 2-4 miles on trail, grass, or track. Mile PR's ranged from mid 4's to 6's, though we all ran slower at altitude.
