      Thanks Patrick! I pretty much stuck to the south end...mapleview and salem with a few detours off and back to get the miles in.

    Slipped in 5mi before my body realized we were awake! Slow and steady on the TM with a twinge in my hip from Saturday's 9....trying to stay injury free. "run strong, run to be strong"!
