Felt great to get out again. I'm surprised at how little soreness & stiffness I've had in the last 48 hrs. Took it VERY easy today but did work up a sweat.

Ran the entire distance; kept the HR <80% for the first 4 miles and between 80-83% for mile 5. Max HR 154 = 83% Totally drained by the end, but we did it.
