My legs did not want to do these. I forgot just how hard back to back efforts can be. Made myself do them anyway. Wanted six, but remembering I still had to run home made me cut it at five. I did get under a 6 min pace for the last one. Feel awesome about it. (7:44. 7:13, 7:02, 6:29, and 5:54 respectively). Aj asked if I was training for another marathon. I am not sure yet. If I can get up to 16 for my LR next weekend and have another solid week of running I will make a decision.
