      Way to roll with it, Sean! After winter running (and extended winter running for you :) it's an adjustment to get into summer hydration mode and getting out earlier to avoid heat.

    Didn't kick my butt quite as much as Saturday's five...but it was still hard. It got warm in a hurry here. The cloud coverage was nice for most of the run though.

      Sorry about your ex. I wish nothing but the best for you! I know that things have been rough personally in the past few months but in my opinion you did awesome in this marathon! You have so much more persistence than anyone else I know.

      But you got creative and got it done and that first mile was fast! Good to know that you have that speed. My last track session I wore more cushioned shoes than what I usually wear for speed work to protect my aching body. Hope you feel fine for your 12 tomorrow.

      Stinkin snow! You are going to do great! You have been training hard. The weather is warmer in Colorado so you will be able to dig out your shorts. Running in shorts after wearing tights all winter gives you an new kind of freedom. :)
