    Still just feeling beat...was able to get up and run before work for the first time this week. Even though it was only three miles, it is a start.

    Sleepy Sean couldn't get up, so I went into work a bit early and spend the time over lunch running.

    Took off Friday and Sunday, but got 11 in on Saturday. Trying to get those six mile runs in one more day this week to make five total
