    Nice weather for a short bike ride. I think this has really helped strengthen me for running as well.

      Shelly, I want you to know you are such an inspiration. I am running my first marathon in May so I have been reading your feed info which is why I know about daily mile and some of your pain. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. You are keeping me motivated. Take care and good luck in the Austin Marathon. Please post and let us know how you do next week...
