    I love Sunday 4pm spin. Every now and then I want to drop the class, but it's such a great way to burn every last bit of energy left in the legs. A great way to end the weekend. Legs are toast.

    Should have gone faster, but I miscalculated and held back too much. Ended up top 5 women overall, so I feel good about that. Interesting experience. Fun!

      Interesting. Sounds like you had a fun time. I've never done a tri (indoor or out) but I bet it's a great challenge.

    Wanted to check out the Real Ryder bikes so I went to a class at CorePower. Didn't love the class, but the bikes were interesting - very different from regular spin bikes!
