Last Wed. spin class. Mixed emotions - glad to unload the class, but one of my "regulars" came up to me after class to thank me for helping her get back into exercise and learn to feel good about herself again. It almost made me cry!

So happy I was able to hop on the bike for a quick spin around the neighborhood! The bike path seems no worse for the wear over the winter. The roads, however, have potholes that could swallow a VW bus.

This morning I had a gadget fail run. This afternoon I had a much more low-tech equipment fail: no bathing suit at the pool. Nothing. Nada. Had to go home, get a suit & go back. Slightly shorter swim than originally planned!

Sue ran for 50 mins Technology Fail Run – 00:50
The Garmin had no charge, the Nike+ had no charge, and Map My Run crashed repeatedly and convincingly. No pace, no HR, no distance, like running blind! Is this how they did it in the old days??? Running like its 1999.

Vision Quest ride. Not my best ride (third in our group) and I am sure I could have done better but I really just wasnt that motivated for whatever reason. There is always next week.

Was worried I couldnt swim this far without stopping (and therefore would drown in the triathlon) but it turns out that, in fact, I can swim that far and not drown. That is good news!
