    Brick Workout - dropped bike and ran 13.1 at a 160 heart rate (ignoring time) to make sure to not hit the wall. Went Excellent and met a fellow runner Don for 2 miles.

    Brick workout - 50 mile ride went great!!! Had a bag of instant oatmeal at mile 40 in prep for the run (with a little water in the pouch).

      Hip is doing well with tylenol. If I stay below 50 miles per week, no issues. The bigger weeks are painful. Still planning on getting it trimmed next year. How is your hip doing?
