    Worst run I've had in a while which stinks b/c it's the first one with my new Garmin. That's right, Chris......Ken pulled through now it's your turn! :)

      Yes, thanks Ken! Sometimes those long runs are just that: not great. Very normal and don't let ruin your day. Hopefully you were hydrated <g>.

      I was but it didn't help this time. :( I'm finding I cycle through those times so I try not to get too discouraged but boy is it frustrating!Love my Garmin!! :)

      Chris....I"m lucky I figured out how to turn it on! I may need to solicit your Garmin expertise to figure it all out. The good news is that I figured out how to turn it on, time myself and find the miles. Beyond that....it'll take a miracle! :)
