This was one of the harder runs that I have had in a while. Probably due to a few things, lack of good rest, had a couple of drinks last night and I feel like I have a bit of sinus junk, but nothing too bad. I'm Glad I stuck it out and finished the mileage I had planned for today though. The wind out of the North was pretty brutal too, so I decided to stay in town for a little blockage.

Great job Scott. That north wind was brutal! Way to suck it up and do it! Now that that one is out of the way, the others will be better. Have a good week.

Great job getting your run done Scott, the north wind can really make it so difficult. You did very well!!

Way to tough it out Scott. Those days are hard to keep going, but you cranked it out anyway. Nice!

If you drink the beer and not snort it then you wont have that sinus funk in the morning.....lol... nice run...

So that's the trick....I just need to get you to drink the night before a long run, and I should be able to keep up with you! lol

Thanks everyone! @Tim - Yes, but snorting makes it kick in faster :). @Kurtis - That is the trick and a couple nights of less than needed sleep would help as well...

Great work Scott as always but now it is probably time for a nice warm shower. Always helps me with blocked sinuses.
