    I am getting much better at climbing. I was able to run the whole way uphill without stoppin or walking. That is even with my legs pretty tired from my Fri/sat climbs.

    Epic adventure. Next time I will bring my snow shoes and poles. Rain, sun, snow and sun. All topped off by hitch hiking back to the car to make it home in time for my daughter's dance recital.

    Fantastic run. First 9 miles of the Squaw Peak 50. 2 down hill than 5 steep uphill miles that sem like they will never end. The race is in four weeks!
