    Good run on a crisp Sunday. Hustled home the last 15 blocks or so in an effort to keep it under 45 minutes. Didn't quite make that, but the pace felt decent on the back half.

    Awesome weight session, even though I couldn't use the large bar for dead lifts. Got in a good number of exercises and kept the energy up. Perhaps this is what it feels like to quit my job!
