Wasn't really expecting this run to happen. Rob called me and asked if I wanted to run the last few mile of his 42 mile running journey. I was really impressed at his energy level considering he had already done 38 miles by the time I got to him. He was smart and used a 20 minute run 5 min walk strategy fueling on cookies, swedish fish and mt. dew. Dude is a stud!
