great Low HR miles 3.1 mi 00:33 10:43 pace

Long day at work....needed to get a few easy miles in so hopped on the mill. Put the HR monitor on and kept pace around 140. Adjusted the pace and kept incline at 1%. Another easy run tomorrow morning...probably about 10 miles at 150 HR. Nice easy week with the Half on Saturday....weather is looking pretty good.
