Another early 5am run…just before the lights come up. I love running this early….first, much cooler and secondly, you get to see a few lights popping on in the homes. I was up at 4:30 to get my usual cup of coffee, check email, and morning BP and weight. Ran a new route…..just turned left instead of my usual right and took side streets till I hit 6 miles and headed home. Great morning….quite steamy and wonderful start to the day. Off day tomorrow….sleeping in…till about 5!

I also do all of my weekday runs at or before 5. Morning runs are the best.

I mostly run early too. I like seeing how many people sleep with the TV on.
