C25K Week 5 Day 3 times 2!

It's a 20 min run on this day, but I went out first with my daughter. This is her first time trying to run. At 10 mins I thought she was going to pass out and then she tripped and almost fell. So we stopped - poor thing. I'm hoping she'll push through and not let this get her down. So then after a brief break I went back out and did my full 20 mins. It went really well though I can't believe I used to run a mile in just over 10 min - wonder if I'll ever get back to that.


Great run, Ange! You definitely get back to that point...and beyond!

I don't know Alfred it would take a lot to get close to a 10 min mile. Not sure I have it in me. I'll be happy just to stay consistent.
