      omg i cannot IMAGINE no caffeine...I gave up smoking four or five years ago, that was hard enough...i'll keep my coffee thanks, besides i am so addicted i get severe headaches that sometimes turn into migraines if i skip it...GREAT JOB

      I can certainly understand how you would become anxious in the water. But I'm not a swimmer. I'm amazed you were able to get yourself under control and finish the swim. Great job there. Hopefully you'll get that figured out soon. I know you can do this. Now we have to get you to acknowledge that fact. :-)
