      Thanks Selly. The approach of last 500m to the finish line was brilliant. Feels like Ironman finishing line. the music and lights just pull me to the finish line and the pain just magically disappeared. it was great.

      to me, anything 13km and above is categorised as LSD ;) my breakdowns: 4-7km = short run, 7-13km = medium run, 13-infinity = LSD!
