So, my watch doesn't really communicate well with my computer anymore, so I'm going to have to remember to enter my data here. Sigh! Anyway, a good, if muddy, run today. Felt strong. Must have been the two days off.

Maybe?! Maybe I just need a new cradle to connect it to the computer?! The watch works fine by itself, which is the frustrating thing, but I have had it 2.5 years now, so I imagine it's only a matter of time.

Hi Katie - I'm Cecilia's friend. I'm running the Equinox Marathon in Alaska for the third time in September. I hear you're training for Pike's Peak - which I believe is actually tougher. You go girl!
