Well; after almost 10 days of not cycling I am still sore when I sit on the saddle. Going to give it some more time, then try a different saddle. Will follow up with a professional fitting from a physical therapist who specializes in cyclists so I can avoid further pain.
Still clinging to hopes of riding the Chuckanut Century in Bellingham on Sept 16 - but they do have shorter distance rides if I am not ready.
