ok!! I have kicked myself in the butt!! I have GOT to get moving for STG!! As I ran this morning I was thinking I need to keep up with it because I don't want to feel like crap after or during the marathon. I thought about the past few I have done and want to feel as good as I did then.

so for this run I felt pretty good for not running much in the past month. I only had to stop for lights, and when I needed to tell my son who was on a bike something. until about mile 5 then I was pooped. which I actually thought was pretty good! I am ready for new shoes!! I LOVE this weather!!
