I have 12 on the schedule today! Usually on a long run I get myself pumped up and I'm excited to go. so I tried to but didn't figured once I got out there it would kick in. at 2.5 I decided to turn around and if I wanted to go further I could go a different route to add on the rest I got back to my street and decided no it wasn't happening. I was done.
My legs are tired from the classes this week so I guess I am once again done with them for a while. I don't need tired legs going into a marathon.. And now I am seriously considering selling my Little Red spot.... I haven't even gotten on my bike and now it is less than a month away.


Sometimes it takes discipline not to continue running in order to run your best another day. Good job and happy marathoning.

I agree with Trent! You will be fine! I have been having a hard time with motivation lately. What is up with that? The taper miles should be easy, but for some reason they are not for me!
