Keep the faith, my friend. I've lost everything in business 3 times since 1998 and came back humbler, wiser, and more appreciative of what I have. You've got good stuff in you; you've demonstrated that consistently over the past year in your exchanges with me. Wish you well in the journey ahead.

This sums up Columbia for me this year. It wasn’t a perfect race, yet it was the perfect race on the day, and a wonderful way to spend the morning on many levels.

Thanks Josh, swimming is really beginning to feel great after switching my catch, no longer feels like I am fighting the water and seem to glide. I just feel so prepared for Columbia versus last year, I don't know how I will do and have no expectations except I have absolute faith I am going to truly enjoy the day :-)
