It was perfect running weather this morning! Just under 40 with minimal wind. I was glad that I was up and out the door. Warm in just a single layer of long sleeves with a short sleeve under it.

Felt pretty good on the way out, with a little tiny bit of pulling in the hamstrings from Sunday's Bikram class. I know that if I keep going consistently I will stop "feeling" it the next day, so that needs to be my motivation to get to class twice a week! Picked it up a little on the way back for a 8:51 pace on the back half.

Was just a nice day to be out there!
